  • plain flour140 g
  • cocoa powder20 g
  • caster sugar200 g
  • vegetable oil80 ml
  • vanilla extract1 tsp
  • dairy free dark chocolate200 g
  • almond breeze original almond milk240 ml
  • dairy free chocolate chips75 g
  • self raising flour170 g
  • heaped tbsp cocoa powder3
  • of golden caster sugar180 g
  • of pecan and walnut at the top100 g

Method

    Preheat oven to 160 C (320 F). Line an 8-inch square baking tin with baking or parchment paper.

    In a large mixing bowl, add flour, cocoa powder and sugar and gently whisk to mix.

    Add oil, vanilla, melted chocolate and almond milk. Mix with a wooden spoon until smooth and combined. Add chocolate chips and mix gently.

    5 table spoon sunflower oil

    Melt the above in a bowl over a sauce pan with water
