Layer 5: 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, curry leaves, ¼ cup mint leaves, 1 green chillies

Layer 6: ½ tsp each ( chillie powder, coriander powder, gram masala, salt ), ¼ tsp turmeric powder

½ cup soaked and drained channa dal with ½ tsp ( ginger, salt, asofoetida), ¼ tsp fennel seeds, 3 tbsp grated coconut, 1 green chillie, 1 red chillie, few curry and coriander leaves.
