Ingredients (5)

  • fennel seeds1 tsp
  • roasted bengal gram1 tbsp
  • khas khas1 tsp
  • turmeric powder1 tsp
  • red chillie powder1 tsp

Method

    Soak ¼ cup channa dhal for 2 hours and grind with ¼ tsp fennel seeds, red chillies-1 and salt

    Add about 2-3 cups water and allow it to simmer for about 15 minutes, till the raw smell disappears. Add required amount of salt
