Tomato Chutney

- mustard seeds0.25 tsp
- tomatoes4
- turmeric powder0.13 tsp
- green chillies2
- chillie powder0.5 tsp
- coriander leaves2 tbsp

Method

In a pan add oil and add mustard seeds

Once mustard seeds splutters add chopped onions. Cook the oils till it become translucent.

Add tomatoes and cook till you can smash it.

Add turmeric powder, chillie powder and salt. Mix well

Add ยฝ cup water and cook for about 5 to 10 minutes in medium flame.

Add coriander leaves and switch off the flame.
