- mustard seeds0.25 tsp
- garlic4
- turmeric
- pepper powder2 tsp
- cumin powder1 tsp
- tamarind paste1 tsp
- coriander leaves1 tbsp

Method

Add oil to a pan, then add mustard seed.

Once mustard seed splutters add crushed garlic, pepper and cumin powder. Fry for a minute

Then add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder.

Add tamarind paste and water ( 2 cups)

Once the water is about to boil, switch off the stove and add chopped coriander leaves.
