Heat oil in a non stick kadai, add ginger and green chillies and sauté for a half a minute.

Add tomatoes and tomato puree, mix well and cook till oil separates. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and coriander leaves. Mix well.

Add prawns and toss to mix. Add half cup of water and stir to mix. Cook for five to seven minutes.
