Potato fry

  • chilli powder1 tsp
  • turmeric powder0.25 tsp
  • salt0.5 tsp
  • oil1 tbsp

Method

  1. 1

    Boil the potatoes in water till it is ยพ cooked (if baby potatoes can cook with skin)

    Drain the water and cut the potato into desired pieces.

  3. 3

    Add oil in a pan, add the potatoes, chillie powder, turmeric powder and salt. Fry till it gets golden brown. Keep in medium fire.

    Pre-heat the oven to 200 degrees centigrade.

    Cut the potatoes into desired shapes abd boil for 10 minutes

  6. 6

    Drain the water and add all the spices and oil and mix well.

  7. 7

    Place in the oven for 30 minutes in 200 degrees centigrade.
