  • sombu1 tsp
  • tamarind250 g
  • dates100 g
  • jaggery250 g
  • pani puri stuffing
  • coriander leaves
  • chaat masala0.5 tsp
  • cumin powder0.5 tsp
  • pepper powder0.25 tsp
  • kashmiri chilli powder0.5 tsp
  • Optional โ€“ add mango, channa

Method

    Mix all together and add water and cook will till the raw smell disappears. ( 10 โ€“12 minutes)
