  • mint1 cup
  • coriander1 cup
  • nut oil3 tbsp
  • sombu1 tsp

Method

    Sweet tamarind chutney

    Tamarind paste – 200gms

    Boil dates in water and make paste- 100 gms

    Jaggery – 250 gms

    Add 100 gms and allow to boil for about 10 to 15 minutes

    Cooked chick pea ( black ) - ½ cup

    Potatoes boiled – 1

    Onion chopped – ½ cup

  9. 9

    Coriander leaves – ½ cup

  10. 10

    Chaat masala – ½ tsp or ½ tsp cumin powder and ½ tsp chilli powder
