- jaggery1 tsp

- lemon sized tamarind flattened
Method

In a 2 litre pressure cooker ,

Arrange one half with onions and shallots and other half with tomatoes .

Add salt, jaggery, tamarind and red chilly above them .

Close the lid with weight and cook on high flame for 4 whistles. ( 1100 on induction) .

Release pressure immediately.Open and blend it into a chutney.
