  • ghee250 ml
  • salt1 tsp

Method

    Add ghee to the vessel

    Add red chillies

    Add curry leaves, slightly fry

    Small onion chopped, fry to golden brown

  5. 5

    Add all masala powder

  6. 6

    Then add the mutton- cut into small pieces

  7. 7

    Cook covered till tender
