Marinate 2 lbs of small mutton pieces with 1 cup of yogurt, 1/2 cup caramelized onions, 1/2 cup chopped mint, 2 slit green chillies, 3 tsp each of (briyani masala, salt), 6 slit green chillies, 4 tsps red chilli powder, 2 tbsps of ginger garlic paste and 1/2 tsp turmeric powder.

Cook on Steam More mode for 10 mins with Pressure Valve set to Sealing. NPR. Open and fluff up rice. If the pressure pin does not pop up, pls add more water and try.

Optionally you can also add bottled tadka of whole spices like cloves, cinnamon, bay leaves.
