Mutton curry
Ingredients (5)

- coriander powder1 tbsp
- chillie powder1 tbsp
- salt1 tsp
- water1 cup

In a pressure cooker add the coconut oil

Add the whole spices

Add the onion and fry till golden brown

Add the ginger garlic paste and green chillies, fry for about a minute

Add the coriander leaves and fry for a minute

Add all the spice powders and fry for a minute

Add the curry leaves.

Add chopped tomatoes and cook till it become soft.

Add the salt and mix well.

Cook on medium flame for about 15 minutes

Once the water that is released has been absorbed, add 1 cup of luke warm water

Cover the lid and cook in medium flame till the 1st whistle

Increase the flame and cook for 6 whistles

Switch off the stove and allow the pressure to settle.

Once the pressure is settled, open the cooker and mix the curry. Switch on the stove and allow it to simmer for about 5 minutes

Mutton gravy is ready to be served.
