- urad dhal: 1 cup
- rice flour: 4 cups
- salt:
- cumin seeds: 1 tsp
- sesame seeds: 2 tsp
- butter: 100 g
- oil: for deep frying

- gently slide the shaped murukku into the hot oil

Prepare the Urad Dhal Paste:

Wash and soak the urad dhal for 30 minutes.

Rice โ 4 cups ( soak for 4 hours and grind into smooth paste.)

Urad dhal โ 1 cup ( roast the dhal and grind in a mixie and sift so that the flour smooth)

Butter โ 100 gms to 150 gms
