Lamb Biriyani

- lamb2 kg
- tomato170 kg
- green chillies15
- coriander powder1 tsp
- chilli powder1 tsp
- curd1 cup
- coconut milk tin1 cup

Cut the lamb into medium size pieces and wash. Add curd and turmeric powder and keep it aside

Grind ginger, garlic, finely chopped mint and coriander leaves, small onion

Add ghee to the instant pot in saute mode

Add the sliced tomatoes and slit green chillies and cook till it is soft

Add the grinded mix

Add all the powders mix well

Add the lamb and mix well,

Cook in the instant pot in stew mode โ low pressure for half hour

After 15 minutes, Wash the rice and soak the rice for ยฝ an hour and drain all the water

Add the soaked rice. Once it boils cover it with a lid and cook for 10 minutes in very low flame. During this time preheat the over at 180 degrees.

After 10 minutes mix the contents and cover the vessel and place it in the oven for 10 minutes.

You can leave the vessel in the oven till you serve.
