Method

    Wash the ladies finger and wipe with the kitchen towel. Allow to dry. Then cut into 1.2 to 1 inch pieces.

    In a pan add oil, add onions

    Fry the onion till translucent.

    Then add finely chopped tomatoes, this will take out the stickiness. Once cooked add salt and mix well.
