In a 3QT IP, add 2 tbsps oil, 125 gms chopped ginger and 125 gms chopped garlic. Set the IP to 5 mins on Steam mode and More setting. Set the steam release valve to Sealing. Start a stopwatch. Note time for the IP countdown timer to start. QR after IP countdown timer is done. Note total time taken. Blend to a smooth paste and store.

In a 6QT IP, add 4 tbsps oil, 250 gms chopped ginger and 250 gms chopped garlic. Set the IP to 5 mins on Steam mode and More setting. Set the steam release valve to Sealing. Start a stopwatch. Note time for the IP countdown timer to start. QR after IP countdown timer is done. Note total time taken. Blend to a smooth paste and store.
