- layer 2: 1 cup onion

Layer 2: 1 Cup sliced onion, ½ cup tomatoes, 4 garlic cloves, 1 tsp chopped ginger, few curry leaves.

Remove the trivet and mix the curry paste into the base. Add 1.5 cups of water ( 1 cup water and ½ cup coconut milk) and allow to simmer. Once it starts boiling, (add 1 raw egg and mix well. optional).
