  • turmeric powder0.25 tsp
  • chili powder1 tsp
  • ginger-garlic paste1 tsp
  • lemon juice
  • pepper powder1 tsp
  • cumin powder0.5 tsp
  • tandoori masala1 tsp
  • salt1 tsp
  • fresh mint and coriander leaves

    Marinate the wings

    In a large bowl, combine the turmeric powder, chili powder, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, pepper powder, cumin powder, tandoori masala, and salt., coriander leaves and mint leaves

    Add the chicken wings and coat evenly with the spice mixture.

    Let the wings marinate for at least 30 minutes (for best results, marinate for 2-3 hours or overnight in the fridge).

    Heat a non-stick pan on low to medium heat.

    Place the marinated chicken wings in the pan without adding extra oil (the chicken will release its own fat).

    Cook for 30 minutes, flipping and stirring every 5 minutes to ensure even cooking.
