Method

    3tbsp coconut oil , 3(cardamom,clove,cinnamon)

    Spiced chicken

    1/2C each caramelised paste(onion,tomato)

    Ground coconut paste

  5. 5

    Cook on high / 900W for 5wh / 10min

    Let pressure settle. Open & add 1/2C water

  7. 7

    Replace / substitute :

    Chicken with meat, mix veg, mushroom

  9. 9

    Caramelised paste with caramelised base

  10. 10

    Kash kash with cashews

  11. 11

    Add coconut milk for more flavour
