  • oil2 tbsp
  • fennel seed1 tsp
  • ginger garlic paste1 tbsp
  • cumin powder1 tsp
  • pepper powder1 tsp
  • garam masala powder1 tsp
  • corander leaves2 tbsp

Method

    Add all the dry spices and mix well.

    Add the washed and cleaned chicken

  3. 3

    Add required salt

  4. 4

    Cover with the lid and allow the chicken to be cooked in slow fire

  5. 5

    You can add coconut milk / fresh cream ( optional)

  6. 6

    Once cooked add coriander leaves and serve
