Pre heat the over for 15 minutes at 180 degree centigrade.

Cut the bitter guard in the shape of circles.

Add turmeric powder, chillie powder, salt and oil to the bitter guard and mix well.

Spread the bitter guard in the oven proof plate and cook in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.

If the bitter guard has not fried well, add this to the pan in the stove and fry in slow fire for about 10 minutes.
