  • garlic100 g
  • onion0.25 kg
  • tomato0.25 kg
  • green chillies30
  • mint leaves15 g
  • coriander leaves15 g
  • coconut milk100
  • curd150
  • chillie powder1
  • coriander powder1 tsp
  • cloves0.5 tsp
  • jeera & pepper powder0.25 tsp
  • turmeric powder0.25 tsp
  • whole cinnamon
  • tomatoes and green chillies
  • ginger
  • if using big onions add before tomatoes

  • cook till tender
  • meantime preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 200degrees

Method

    Grind ginger, garlic, mint leaves, coriander leaves & onions (if using small onions)

    Slice the tomatoes and slit the green chillies.

    If using big onions, slice the onions into thin slices.
