- allow the cooker for the pressure to settle

Method

Add coconut oil to the non stick pan

Add whole cardamon, cinnamon stick, fennel seeds to the oil

Onces the oil is heated, add sliced onion, cook in medium flame till the onion turns golden brown

Add ginger garlic paste, green chillies and saute for few minutes

Add all the spice powders, fry for a minutes

Add the water from the beef and cook so that the water is reduced

Then add the beef and cook till the water is absorbed
