  • chillie powder1 tsp
  • pepper powder0.5 tbsp
  • turmeric powder0.25 tsp
  • gram masala powder0.5 tsp
  • salt0.5 tsp
  • allow the cooker for the pressure to settle
  • coconut oil2 tbsp
  • whole cardamon1
  • onion2
  • ginger garlic paste2 tbsp
  • tomato1
  • curry leaves few
  • green chillies3
  • coriander powder = 1 tablespoon
  • chillie powder0.5 tbsp
  • pepper powder1 tsp
  • garam masala0.5 tsp
  • fennel powder0.5 tsp

Method

    Add coconut oil to the non stick pan

    Add whole cardamon, cinnamon stick, fennel seeds to the oil

  3. 3

    Onces the oil is heated, add sliced onion, cook in medium flame till the onion turns golden brown

  4. 4

    Add ginger garlic paste, green chillies and saute for few minutes

  5. 5

    Add all the spice powders, fry for a minutes

  6. 6

    Add the water from the beef and cook so that the water is reduced

  7. 7

    Then add the beef and cook till the water is absorbed
